KTM 1290 SA Mirror Cover

This cover was produced for a customer who found the KTM mirrors noisy at speed due to the shape of the rear section.

The existing mirror was built up with plastecine in the articulated sections and then 3d scanned.

The scan was then used to form the inner shape of the cover, this ensured it fitted exactly over the mirror. It’s simply held on with PU sealer and can be removed if required to return to standard.

Minibike Fuel Tank Mount

The underside fuel tank mount had broken off this pit/minibike. This was a quick and easy project to create a replacement.

The mount was printed using PETG filament and the bush in TPU which is is very flexible so ideal for isolating components.
